How We Got Here

1995

Opening in 1995 under the name Oasis Marine Services, we have since become the agent of many popular and reputable makers in the marine industry. The brands we represent are leading manufacturers of equipment such as radars, GMDSS radio systems, gyrocompasses, autopilots, GPS receivers, weather facsimile receivers, speed logs, echo-sounders, sonars and more.

Our commitment to quality products and exceptional service has made our company the go-to vendor for major ship management companies including Fairmont Shipping, Oak Maritime, Anglo-Eastern Ship Management, Valles Steamship, Seaspan Ship Management, and local tug boat companies. Our business ethics and high standards of service have helped us maintain our reputable standing in the marine industry for many years.

2007

In 2007, we opened our second depot, this time in Montreal. This expansion has allowed us to provide service all along the St. Lawrence River, covering ports such as Sept-Îles, Baie Comeau, Port Alfred, Quebec, Trois-Rivieres, and up to the Great Lakes. In addition, our Montreal Depot also covers East Coast ports in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & Newfoundland.

2017

Oasis Marine was renamed to Hostmost Marine in 2017 as a strategic move to better present our position in the marine industry as part of the Hostmost Group family. In the coming years, we will continue to improve and expand our scope of offerings to best serve our customers.
